ITH has been engaged to carry out the groundwork and an external works package.

The scope of the works includes.

• Bulk excavation and disposal
• Construction of reinforced concrete foundations, 5.0m high reinforced concrete retaining walls and reinforced concrete column pads
• Reinforced concrete service and lift shaft pits.
• Standard strip foundation, and block work cavity construction to lower ground level and installation of Radon Barrier.
• Filling of reinforced concrete retaining walls up to 5.0m high
• Foul water services both internal and external with connection to the main drainage system.
• Installation of service ducts, electric cables, and water mains
• The construction of an attenuation system
• Completion of the external work block paving
