ITH Construction was tasked with the design and build of a new asphalt plant within the existing industrial zone of Pembroke Dock.  The scope of works included:

• Design of a whole new site.
• Initial site preparation.
• Planning & Approval.
• Reduction of levels within the main structural area.
• Installations of service ducts, electric cables and water mains.
• Installation of foul sewer drainage and pumping station
• Installation of surface water attenuation tanks.
• Reinforced concrete retaining walls, weigh bridge support structure and asphalt plant foundations, including temporary support and reinforcement.
• Installation of the asphalt processing plant superstructure, including steel framed building.
• Construction of a material storage building, reinforced concrete slab and precast concrete retaining walls.
• Installation of fibre reinforced slab to the yard and roadway and finishing to the required technical specifications.
• Commission & Testing.
