ITH was engaged to carry out the groundworks and an external works package. The scope of the works included:

• Diversion of existing services (water and electricity).
• Construction of reinforced concrete foundation and column pads.
• Block work cavity construction to ground level and install block and beam flooring.
• Cavity wall superstructure and first-floor block and beam flooring.
• Foul water services both internal and external, with connection to the main drainage system.
• Installation of service ducts, electric cables and water main.
• Demolition of internal partitions and floors.
• Construction of internal block partitions.
• Completion of external work block paving and retaining wall.
