Alteration and renovation of existing milking parlour and dilapidated barn, scope of works included:

• Removal of roof coverings, underlying timbers, and wall plates
• Installation of trussed rafters, wall plates and all bracing
• Natural slate roof covering, and associated works
• Installation of foul drainage, including chambers and two cesspools
• Plumbing and electrical circuits
• Floor construction comprising radon barrier, insulation, oversite concrete and liquid screed.
• All internal finishes, bathroom, and kitchen fittings
• Retaining structures to provide wheelchair access to buildings and outside seating areas.
• Temporary works, including scaffolding and temporary support
