Holiday Park Infrastructure works, scope of works included:

• An extensive earthworks cut and fill programme to form terracing and carriageway construction, and the recycling of surplus excavated material into ecological zones on site.
• Installation of main foul and surface water drainage, associated gullies, manholes and catchpits.
• Communication and electrical ducting, alongside electrical installation
• Water mains, connections, and biomass heating pipes
• Carriageway construction, including capping layer, recycled subbase road, binder, and surface courses.
• Landscaping of the remaining ground areas
